Substituting high-calorie soda drinks for water and a high-calorie meal for foods high in water content like fruits and vegetables can help quicken the weight loss process. This is because foods high in water are absorbed slowly by the body and can make you seem filled up. It also helps with your metabolism and helps you lose inches.
